From all the way in the other room in the house where my dad's computer is, I bring you another journal entry! Although it probably won't be long.

Apparently my hard drive decided to go bad last night. My dad has tried every common method of fixing it he can, including some special kind of disc that's supposed to always work. So yeah.

This means that my files may be gone.

Hopefully not though. He said we should be able to take it to Best Buy if it really is broken, and they could transfer the hard drive files to another computer or something. I don't really know how it works, it made a lot more sense when he told me.

Here's the story. (If you get bored by all the computer crap you don't have to read this) I was finishing 's request for a picture of Grell from Kuroshitsuji on Photoshop, and noticed my internet wasn't working. I decided to wait to fix it until I was done with the picture and wanted to upload it to DA.
I finished, saved it, etc. and then tried some of the usual internet fixing crap: retype in WEP code, tell it to repair the problem, unplug and plug back in the wireless connector...

All failed.
"So I'll just restart it like always... *sigh*"

My computer decided to not start properly after this. I tried all 3 choices of starting: Start Windows Normally, Start with previous settings that worked, and even Safe Mode. All took me back to the screen with 3 choices on it.

So I made my computer do a System Recovery by pressing F10 while starting back up. It did some stuff and then gave me a nice blue screen with white type. It said something in those three lines like this:

<Fatal System Error>

Ok, now I don't know a WHOLE LOT about computers, but that just sounds bad. Yay, my computer is screwed. Again. And I may have lost the picture of Grell that I Photoshopped for like 6 hours. I really hope not.

There you have it. The picture would've been a nice Thanksgiving present for you , but now you aren't gonna see it (and neither is anyone else) until my computer is fixed, or else I redo it if necessary.

Plese get my files back... I don't want to redo it...

Kk well I won't be checking my DA nearly as often since I have to take over someone else's computer to do so, so I'll talk to you guys later, k?
